Promotions Manager - South


You will be responsible for managing and delivering the company’s sponsorship and promotional activities and programmes in Tennis, Squash, Padel and Pickleball.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small team where you will be required to work hard and support the Racketsports division. The role will a combination of home working and travelling but travel will be required predominantly around the South-East of England and London.
The role will involve:
•Identify up and coming talent as part of Team HEAD junior program in Tennis, Squash, Padel and Pickleball – attending tournaments throughout the year.
•Management of partnerships with sponsored venues, organisations, tournaments, leagues and associations.
•Planning and delivery of coach sponsorship agreements and contracts.
•Provide point of contact and on-going support for contracted players, agents, parents, officials and potential new partners.
•Management of Team HEAD UK social media accounts and other marketing communications.
•Work within a given budget and adhere to targets.
•Set-up and work at UK events such as Eastbourne International Tennis
•Plan and deliver product experience days with brand partners.
•Support the Communications Manager in the role out of marketing material both digital and physical roll out to stores.
•Allocate sponsorship products and keep Sales Team up to date with promotions plan.
•Work with the local Sales Team to support them at presentations and demos where needed.
•Work closely with Category Managers and Customer Services Team to manage ordering and stock for free of charge products for sponsored players, coaches and partners.

Successful candidates will have the following skills/experience:
•Organised, confident and outgoing individual that is able to take the initiative when required.
•Some aspects of the role may require you to work out of normal office hours depending on events and schedule for the year. Some travel abroad may be required.
•Event experience and a university degree would be bonus but not essential.
•You must be a competent Tennis player (ideally 4.2 rating equivalent 23 UTR approx or better) or a qualified Level 3 Tennis coach, as you will be required to hit and run on-court events.
•Understanding of the tennis competition structure for ITF, Tennis Europe and LTA, including ratings and rankings.
•Understanding of rules or experience playing Squash, Padel and or Pickleball would be a key benefit.
•Clean Driving Licence is required to be able to travel to UK events and transport equipment.
•Willing to learn about the technologies and products we currently manufacture as part of the role.
•Experience working with Adobe would be benefit.
•A keen interest in digital technologies and social media.
•Be willing to get stuck in and is not afraid of making mistakes or asking for help.
