Cartmell Tennis conducts tennis coaching sessions from 14 clubs in and around Lancashire and our tennis programme caters for individuals of all ages, level and motivations for playing tennis, so we are looking for a coach who is competent at working with any age group and has experience in leading group lessons to both junior tennis players and adults.

We are looking for either an LTA level 2 accredited coach or a LTA level 3 accredited coach to join the team.

This is a self-employed role and you will operate under the Cartmell Tennis brand.

Hourly rate to be agreed upon discussion.

• Weekday / Weekend work available.
• Opportunities to conduct tennis lessons in schools and group sessions with both adults and children in and around Lancashire, Cumbria and Manchester.
• Also opportunities to hold private lessons organised by Cartmell Tennis.
• Opportunities to work holiday camps during the school holidays.
• Opportunities to deliver Multi-Skill sessions such as football, hockey and netball.

What we are looking for:

ESSENTIAL

An up-to-date level 2 or level 3 LTA coaching accreditation
Experience in leading tennis group lessons to children and adults
Excellent organisation, time management skills and punctuality
A dependable and effective communicator, both within a team and when delivering to customers / schools
An up-to-date LTA DBS
Competent at using mobile phone and responding to emails

DESIRABLE

Level 2 Multi-Skills
Experience working within a coaching team
Openness to take cover hours during the week
