The JTP role is about growing and managing the Stars Junior tennis sessions. You will be in charge of looking at ways to grow the programme and manage kids moving up through the different stages of tennis. You will be asked to manage a team of coaches to make sure all sessions are being run correctly as well as delivering on court content. You will need to be confident in speaking to parents and confident in selling the Stars sessions to new members.

David Lloyd Bromsgrove has 3 bubble covered AstroTurf tennis courts with LED lighting. We also have a big gym and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We are also getting Padel courts installed soon.

The candidate will need to be a confident coach and be used to working with all age ranges, they will need to be good with people, self motivated and an enthusiastic person. They will need to be comfortable using computer systems and a be comfortable with social media.
