We are looking for a part-time coach to join our team. With the opportunity to coach already established group and individual lessons, this post is full of variety.

In this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the venue, taking attendance of players, and completing risk assessments prior to starting sessions. The role also requires you to lead and deliver appropriate coaching content to a diverse skill-level of players.

You will be working as part of a wider team to deliver coaching content with regular communications to allow for consistent development of quality.

Match Point Tennis (MPT) provides coaching services to Headcorn Tennis and Cricket Club (Headcorn TCC). We have been established since 2017 and pride ourselves on delivering high quality coaching to all ages and abilities.

As a company, we strive to make every player and coach feel involved and valued. We have a particular passion for sharing knowledge and developing skills and we believe there is always an opportunity to learn something new. Headcorn TCC has 3 tarmac courts, all with floodlights and a spacious clubhouse that we share with the Cricket Club.

We currently run a multitude of programmes including Cardio Tennis, Adult Tennis and Junior mini tennis, but we are looking to expand the programme with the right new addition to our team.

Membership is included with acceptance of the role.

For this role we ask that you have worked at least one year as a Level 3 Coach with experience teaching both group and individual lessons.

It is mandatory to have a Level 3 LTA coaching qualification and up to date accreditation. Fluency in English is also mandatory. It is advisable to have a UK driving licence as this role includes driving too and from the venue.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and pragmatic individual with a creative flair for new coaching ideas and a dedication to learning and teaching. We like our coaching sessions to be fun and we are looking for an enigmatic and passionate individual who is both adaptable and flexible.
