As a Padel Coach you will be responsible for aiding the delivery of a comprehensive padel programme and increasing participation and memberships at the club along with the Rocket Padel team. You will put customer satisfaction at the heart of our club ensuring members, guests and staff are having a great experience of the sport and our team whilst ensuring a safe & legal environment in our club at all times.

Hours initially required will be 2/3 weekday evenings and Saturday mornings with opportunity to grow hours/days along with demand.

As a Padel Coach you will:

Deliver group sessions, kids sessions, social events and provide cover according to programme demands.

Aid the outreach programme which may include delivery in local schools, community groups, universities, colleges and other organisations.

Ensure and promote equality of opportunity, respecting diversity and recognize the needs of different groups and individuals.

Build own coaching opportunities and hours through pro-active communication with members and the community

Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers and advise club manager of any issues over court safety or disrepair

Is experienced/comfortable leading kids sessions and holiday camps.

Is a reliable, team player with good timekeeping skills .

Has a dynamic on court manner and a strong on court presence.


In addition to this we believe the right person has the following qualifications:

Have and maintain an LTA coaching qualification and accreditation. (Minimum level 2 tennis/padel and desire to gain Level 2 Padel)

Hold valid First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.

Clear and effective communication skills (high fluency in English).

True passion for the sport and want to become an ambassador for Rocket Padel both internally and externally.
