You will be delivering a wide range of coaching sessions each week for adults and juniors at the NTC, and in the wider local area if required. You will also have the opportunity to grow your own individual portfolio of lessons, and as part of the role you will be invited to join weekly programme and development meetings in order to keep up to date with the LTA’s product offerings.

Your will be a minimum of an LTA level 3 qualified and accredited+ coach, and have a satisfactory enhanced DBS and Barred list check completed. You will be a highly motivated and committed team player who understands the importance of the NTC in the tennis community, and is prepared to give time delivering coaching sessions and developing the tennis programmes more widely. You will also have a track record maintaining your accreditation and have a personal vision for your ongoing development as a coach. You will need experience delivering key LTA products, and have a focus on delivering a high quality, customer focused positive experience. You will also have a UK driving licence.

It is anticipated you will work between 15-25 hours per week, with the possibility to build further hours dependant on performance and success of the programme. Coaching hours will be based around the programme, which are Monday – Friday 4pm onwards & Saturday mornings, 8am-12pm. Pay will be based on an hourly rate, dependant on level of qualification (further detail to be expanded upon during interview process).
