We are seeking a Coach whose primary role will be responsibility for growing our Tots and Mini Tennis Programme alongside other essential lessons as required by the Club.

As a mini tennis specialist we are looking for someone who has experience coaching children as young as 3 years of age in a tots programme and developing them through the stages of mini tennis.

This role will include developing a bigger competition structure for mini tennis at the Club and engaging with parents to encourage them to get involved on and off court to help their child on their Tennis journey.

In addition coaching in schools in order to develop feeder routes into the programme and coaching adult lessons and 1:1s as required will also form part of the role.

Sundridge Park is leading Tennis, Squash and Padel Club in Bromley and has won Kent Club of the year for the last 2 years in a row, going on to become National Runners Up in 2021.

We have 19 tennis courts, 4 squash courts and 2 padel courts as well as a licensed bar and lovely outside social areas.

We have nearly 500 adult tennis members and 300 junior members and have plans to expand our facilities further.

The Club runs a varied programme for all levels of junior and adult player so any coach should expect to get involved in all elements of this programme.

-Level 3 or near completion of Level 3
-LTA accredited +
-Experience of coaching from Tots through to adults
-Have knowledge of LTA initiatives such as LTA Youth, Cardio Tennis and She Rallies and able to deliver
-Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends as required by the Club
-Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with different types of people
-Be flexible and reliable
-Experience and willingness to coach in Schools
