Level 3 or 4 Tennis Coach (Full Time or Part Time)
|We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to work on both our Junior and Adult tennis coaching programme. We have a large programme of 400+ players and will be able to offer at least 14 hours per week on the coaching programme in addition to private lessons which are currently in huge demand at the club.
You need to be passionate about delivering high class tennis sessions as well as delivering high levels of customer service in Club Sessions and social tennis events. You will be part of a coaching team that includes a Racquets Manager, Head Coach and multiple other coaches. There is huge potential to develop within this role as the programme and tennis facilities continue to expand.
The Lensbury Club is a private members club and hotel. The tennis coaching programme is open to both members and non-members. We have 8 hard courts, 4 clay courts, 4 astro-turf courts, 3 grass courts and 5 mini courts.
Our Academy/Performance set up is on the rise with multiple juniors being accepted into the County teams (Middlesex & Surrey).
We have also recently launched pickleball and will be building Padel tennis courts in the very near future.
You will receive access to the club's facilities such as a state of the art gym, swimming pool, squash courts and restaurant.
You should have been a tennis coach for a minimum of 3 years and demonstrated working at a club or venue for a prolonged period of time.
We are looking for a fully committed and ambitious coach that is able to work well on their own with good planning abilities but is also able to work well as part of a team.
We need a coach who is fully committed to our long term goals and has a passionate and professional approach to their teaching.
