The Junior Programme Assistant is responsible for coordinating and expanding the junior tennis programme alongside the Tennis Manager. The individual will be enthusiastic, organised and knowledgeable of all aspects of junior tennis.


Coaching hours will also be available at Chapel Allerton and in local schools alongside the role.


  • Responsible for emailing and speaking with parents and general enquiries alongside Tennis Manager.
  • Liaise with schools and local schools SSCO
  • Running the Summer Junior Leeds league and Yorkshire league teams
  • Run junior and adult box leagues.
  • Organise and run junior social events.
  • Looking to start building an outdoor junior programme.
  • Running internal and external events as well as helping Tennis Manager on Grade 3
  • Building more of a year-round school’s programme
  • Working with other local clubs to introduce more match play opportunities for our junior players
  • Work alongside Marketing manager with marketing and social media
  • Working on Clubsolution booking courts for all events.

Formed in 1880 at the heart of Chapel Allerton with 17 members, the tennis club has grown from 5 grass tennis courts and a wooden pavilion, to 3 indoor tennis courts, 8 artificial tennis courts, 4 grass courts and a Clubhouse.


We are proud to boast 3 of the finest indoor courts in Leeds alongside 8 all weather outdoor courts and 4 lawn tennis courts, complete with drinks terrace for whiling away those summer days.

The individual would organised, passionate about grass roots tennis and can demonstrate a broad range of tennis knowledge.


It is important the individual builds and enjoys good relationships with the coaching team, staff and customers.
