We are looking for a quality head coach to become part of the growth of our great tennis club.

Responsible for building and developing an exciting coaching programme to make tennis at Cleeve Hill Tennis Club available to everyone. This programme will be required to cover both juniors and adults whilst being balanced between bringing new people to the club and serving the existing members.

With limited part time coaching in place currently this a great opportunity for someone to own a full programme they can build from the ground up.

Cleeve Hill Tennis Club based in the heart of Downend is regarded as one of the friendliest clubs in Bristol.

Around 120 members enjoy two great quality artificial grass courts and a brand-new hard court, built in 2022.

Our established Saturday junior coaching is run by a small homegrown team and involves around 70 children taking part across the morning.

An enthusiastic and supportive committee is pushing the club forwards as we continue to grow. With our new court and a clubhouse renovation also underway, a professional coaching program is exactly what we need to take this fantastic club to the next level.

The role is ideally suited to someone with proven experience in growing and managing a programme, but if you have a huge passion for tennis coaching and think this is for you then we'll be more than happy to hear from you.

We want to form a great partnership between the club and coach, both working in the same direction, so communication and willingness to integrate with the club is vital. Along with that we are looking for all the attributes expected of a top tennis coach to represent our club.

How to apply
