We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team full time.

You would also be responsible for delivering appropriate coaching content to a wide range of ages and abilities through both group and individual lesson formats.

The role will be predominantly team based, working alongside other coaches and assistants to deliver coaching sessions with regular inter-team communications to allow for development and quality control.

Match Point Tennis (MPT) is a coaching company that has been established since 2017. We have been working closely in partnership with Meopham Lawn Tennis Club (Meopham LTC) for a number of years to deliver quality coaching content.

At MPT we have a passion for learning and teaching, using our enthusiasm for fun and knowledge to ensure that every player and coach is involved and valued. With regular in house training sessions, our coaching team is a close knit community that enjoys sharing experiences and diversifying ideas through shared communications.

Meopham LTC is a 5 court club with 3 Tarmac non-floodlit courts and 2 artificial clay, floodlit courts, also with a well equipped clubhouse.

The programme at Meopham LTC consists of Junior Mini Tennis, Advanced Junior Coaching, Adult coaching from beginner/novice level to match player level, Cardio Tennis and soon to be added, walking tennis, as well as numerous opportunities for individual lessons and outreach programmes with several of the local schools.

We are looking for an impassioned and dedicated individual with a creative flair for new coaching ideas to join our coaching team.

Applicants should have at least one years' experience working as a Level 3 coach teaching both group and individual sessions. It is mandatory to have a Level 3 LTA qualification and up to date accreditation. Fluency in English language is also mandatory. It is advisable to have a UK driving licence as this role requires you to drive too and from the venue.

We would be excited to offer this coaching opportunity to an enthusiastic and pragmatic individual who has a passion for learning and teaching and the ability to be adaptable and flexible in their approach. Interpersonal communication skills and self appraisal skills will also be a valuable asset to applicants.
