The successful candidate will join our experienced existing team in growing tennis participation in the Junior and Adult sections of our Club.


You will be required to work with the Head Coach in order to nurture and grow the coaching programme from minis up to 16 and start new Adult coaching groups to accommodate the huge existing interest at the Club.


You will also help deliver squad training at a local school using their indoor courts. It is important that you are passionate about developing players from a young age through the mini tennis system to full tennis and that you are quickly able to forge relationships with players, parents and members alike.


The role can initially start as part time if required or full time straight away.

Ashford Tennis Club is a successful club, tennismark accredited, with a thriving tennis membership. It consists of nine floodlit courts, six are artificial clay courts and three are hard courts.

We have a friendly bar and busy social tennis section.
