Top British stars are set to step back on court next week, to compete in the St. James’s Place Battle of the Brits Team Tennis event.

Organised by Jamie Murray, the event brings together some of the biggest names on the men’s and women’s tours to battle it out in a closed tournament at the LTA’s National Tennis Centre. The tournament will see the teams going head to head in a daily mix of singles, doubles and mixed doubles matches.

Adhering with the current Government guidelines for the return of competitive elite sport during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the St. James’s Place Battle of the Brits tournament will be played behind closed doors at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton. The event will not be open for spectators from the general public but fans can follow the action live as it happens, on TV, radio and online.

Who’s playing at St. James’s Place Battle of the Brits Team Tennis?

Three time Grand Slam winner Andy Murray will join British number ones Jo Konta and Dan Evans alongside a host of top names from British tennis. The two competing teams are the Union Jacks, who will be captained by Judy Murray and Greg Rusedski and the British Bulldogs who will be captained by Anne Keothavong and Leon Smith.
