Accessibility

Wheelchair Spaces

  • There are a number of wheelchair spaces available on Centre Court which provide space for one wheelchair user accompanied by a carer. Please note that the carer/companion ticket is complimentary.

Accessible Toilets

  • There are accessible toilets in the grounds.

Assistance Dogs

  • Registered guide dogs are permitted entry into the Tournament grounds but unfortunately are not permitted in the Centre Court.

Babies and children

Babes in arms and children aged under five years are permitted in the grounds free of charge. Children aged 5 - 16 years must be accompanied by an adult and ticket charges apply (50% off adult price).

Balls

Used balls will be on sale onsite throughout the week.

Bikes

A limited number of bike spaces are available onsite. Please ensure you bring appropriate security locking devices.

Cash machines

The nearest cash machines are in Ilkley town centre.

Catering

There will be a varied range of hot and cold refreshments and freshly prepared food available in the catering outlets on site.

Conditions of entry

Food can be brought into the grounds, along with non-alcoholic drinks in non-glass containers.

Due to licensing laws, no alcohol may be brought onto site and any that is will be confiscated and handed to security staff for disposal before entry can be granted.

Spectators are prohibited from bringing in the following:

  • Any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon, including sharp or pointed objects (e.g. knives, large corkscrews), glass bottles, pyrotechnics and 'personal protection' sprays
  • Bags larger than 16’’ x 12’’ x 12’’ (40cm x 30cm x 30cm)
  • Large flags (max. 2’x2’/60cm x 60cm) banners, rattles, klaxons, oversized hats or any items causing an obstruction or nuisance
  • All promotional, commercial, political or religious items of whatever nature, including but not limited to banners, signs, symbols, marketing materials and leaflets (unless expressly authorised by the LTA)
  • Spectators are advised that the use of laptops, professional video equipment is not permitted on site
  • Photographic equipment with lenses of more than 300mm, when extended, is not permitted on site
  • Use of electronic devices courtside is restricted under ATP regulations.

Courtside etiquette

Please keep noise and movement to a minimum during play. Mobile phones must be switched off in the vicinity of the courts.

Please be respectful of those around you by ensuring that you do not obstruct their view or cause any unnecessary inconvenience. Flash photography is strictly forbidden in the stands

Draw sizes

The Tournament operates a ladies and a men’s 32 player singles qualifying draw followed by a 32 player singles main draw. There is a ladies and a men’s 16 doubles draw.

Dress code

There is no dress code at the Tournament.

First Aid

There will be first aid and medical provision for spectators. The First Aid room will be signposted in the grounds.

By Bus

  • Local bus routes are X84 from Leeds, X52/X53 from Harrogate.

By Train

  • Ilkley has its own train Station within 10 minutes walking distance from the club which can take you right along the picturesque route by the river Wharf directly to the club. Train services are available via Leeds station from Manchester (1hr 15mins) Nottingham (1 hr 30mins) Birmingham (2hrs) London Kings Cross (3hrs).

By Car

  • There will be a large onsite tournament car park with additional car parking available close by within a short walk to the club.

By Air

Leeds Bradford International Airport is approximately 15 minutes drive from the club.

Information on the 2017 player field will be available closer to the event.

There is free entry to the grounds for the Qualifying event on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th June.

The Order and Times of Play are subject to change at the discretion of the Tournament Organisers.

Check daily Order of Play. Access to grounds from 10am daily.

Start and finish times

The grounds open at 10am daily. Start times of play may vary but will be no earlier than 11.00am. The times are dependent on the weather and other conditions and are subject to change at the Tournament’s discretion.

If there have been no breaks in play then it is likely that play will finish approximately 7pm in the evening. If the weather has been poor then play may continue as long as the light is good, which can be as late as 9:00pm.
