Security

Our security plans are regularly reviewed, and a number of additions and improvements have been made to accommodate changes to the Event and a combined format in 2017. Extra resources and measures have been employed.

In light of recent events, we will again be reviewing our security measures in conjunction with the relevant authorities to ensure that they remain at an appropriate level.

During the tournament, we would ask everyone arriving to Devonshire Park to allow enough time for security checks, and to check our official social media channels and website for any further updates and information.

Site Map

Download the Aegon International site map to help get around the tournament.

Start and finish times

The grounds open at 10:00 daily and will close 30 minutes after the last match finishes. Play start times are variable but should not be earlier than 11:00 on any court. These times are dependent on the weather and other conditions and are subject to change at the Tournament’s discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the exact schedule of play in advance as timings are extremely dependent on the weather and other conditions, and are subject to change at the Tournament’s discretion.

If there have been no breaks in play then it is likely that play will finish by approximately 20:00 in the evening. If the weather has been poor then play may continue as long as the light is good, which can be as late as 21:00.

During the Tournament please check the Aegon International Eastbourne website for up to date information, the Order of Play and alterations to the schedule, or subscribe to our social media services.
