League Planner (LP) is an online software programme designed to plan and manage league competitions. LP provides a step by step approach to setting up and delivering leagues and results can be viewed online.
*The LTA takes its responsibilities towards the welfare of young people in tennis very seriously and requires everyone in tennis who has significant contact with children, or access to their records, to have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure. If you are an accredited referee your DBS will need to be renewed every 3 years. If you are not an accredited referee your DBS must be less than 12 months old when you first apply for a licence and you will subsequently need to renew your DBS every 3 years.
Provided the requirements have been met your licence will be sent within 5 working days.
Once you have your LP licence you can apply to run a league by completing the league application form. Your league will be set up within 10 working days but please do not work on your LP file until you have received confirmation that your league has been set up.
Download the League Application Form - To ensure the form sends to the Competition Support Team, please save the League Application Form to your computer before opening and completing it using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
As with most computer programmes the best way to learn is to read the guide and practise. The LP User Guide is a comprehensive step by step guide describing all the features available.

The LP software is continually being developed so it is important to check that you are using the latest version. Each version number can be released multiple times with new features so you need to check the release date and not just the version number.
