League Planner (LP) is an online software programme designed to plan and manage league competitions. LP provides a step by step approach to setting up and delivering leagues and results can be viewed online.
*The LTA takes its responsibilities towards the welfare of young people in tennis very seriously and requires everyone in tennis who has significant contact with children, or access to their records, to have an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure. Find out more about CRB. If you are an accredited referee your CRB will need to be renewed every 3 years. If you are not an accredited referee your CRB must be less than 12 months old in order for you to be eligible for a TTP licence.
Provided the requirements have been met your licence will be sent within 5 working days.
Once you have your LP licence you can apply to run a league by completing the league application form. Your league will be set up within 10 working days but please do not work on your LP file until you have received confirmation that your league has been set up.

If you have already run a league successfully you can progress to online submission of results by team captains. This will save you time and allows leagues to be speedily updated.
If you choose to run a league online there is a fee of 2 euros per team per season, plus 19% tax which will applied to the invoice total and you will receive an online league management guide.
