In order to encourage more adults to play competitive tennis, the LTA and Vets Tennis GB have worked together to provide new opportunities for players with the introduction of a 30 and over age group at three tournaments throughout the summer.
Two of these trial events for men and women have already taken place running alongside the City of Notitngham Grass Courts Tournament (20th-24th July) and British Grass Court Championships (7th-13th August).
Entry is now open for the final event of the summer at the South of England Championships in Eastbourne from 29th August - 3rd September.
Players in their 30th year and older are eligible to enter and further details are available from the referee Peter Grimsdale (petergrimsdale@uwclub.net)
