inspire2coach is passionate about tennis and focused on inspiring tennis players and tennis coaches to get the most from the sport. We run coaching programmes at tennis clubs across the Midlands from our HQ at the University of Warwick Tennis Centre in Coventry. We're also a leading coach education provider, with training and courses across the UK and internationally.

inspire2coach has a close working relationship with the LTA and the ITF and the two Directors of the company, Richard Marklow and Mark Tennant, are frequent speakers at conferences around the world.

The University of Warwick Tennis Centre consists of 4 purpose-built indoor tennis courts and 4 newly laid outdoor floodlit artificial clay courts.

A vacancy exists for an experienced tennis coach to form part of the coaching team.  The person will be responsible for:

• coaching Adults within the extensive Adult programme.  This programme caters for the staff and students at the University as well as for the General Public
• organising  the Adult Club Night
• organising and running the regular competitive events held throughout the year
• coaching in the Junior Development programme on a regular basis
• organising the Junior Club night
• organising and running the annual Club championships for both Adults and Juniors
• working in schools
• covering for the coaches in the Performance Programme as and when required

The person we are looking for will: 

• hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification
• enjoy and have experience in coaching adults
• be fully licensed
• work well within a team
• be prepared to work evenings and weekends
