Swansea Lawn Tennis and Squash Rackets Club is hosting a Tennis Competition Organiser Course. The course will be run on Wednesday 24th February beginning at 6pm and finishing at 9pm.

The course is open to both Young Competition Organisers aged between 16-25 years as well as any club volunteers or parents.

The training is designed to enable you to organise and run all types of tennis competitions from those that last a few hours to a 2 week event. Once you have been on the training, you will be given a competition organisers toolkit giving you all the resources you need to run competitions.

Benefits of going on the course for young people include:

• ability to get event management and sports work experience
• develop organisation and communication skills
• sense of achievement and pride
