As many of you may be aware, Tennis Sussex under the guise of the Tennis Sussex Initiative asked for your ideas on all aspects of  tennis within the County.
 
One continued theme that came through strong and clear, was a lack of competition for U 21 Club players no longer eligible for Junior Tennis events.  
 
that we have secured Courts at Withdean on Sunday 18th April 2010 between 1-7pm to facilitate a Grade 5 Under 21 Boys/Young Men event. The event will run on the same format as Junior County Indoor Series events i.e. short sets as this is the only way each player gets to play three matches.
 
There are eight places available and entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis, but with precedence given to the 18s and overs. There is an entry fee of £ 15.00 per player.

We do hope that this will be well supported and become the first of many of this type of regular event in Sussex.
