The event on Saturday attracted 10 players with three playing at West Worthing for the first time.
Jacob Harding playing in his 9th event this winter at West Worthing completed his first clean sweep winning all of his matches to take his overall tally of wins to 52 from 68 matches. One of the newcomers Tom Hesling aged 7 from Worthing was runner-up to Jacob. In third place this week was Tiana Fox aged 7(on Sunday) who is the top girl on our leaderboard with 38 wins from 52 matches at the club since September. In fourth place was 6 year old Lui Maxted one of the many West Worthing Club juniors that compete regularly at our events who is currently second on our leaderboard with 40 wins from 56 matches.

It was great to welcome the other two new competitors Maurice Ewen, aged 7 from Cuckfield and Vaughan Watson, aged 6 from Bromley in Kent to the club. We look forward to seeing them again soon.

With 100 events planned for 2010 there will be opportunities to compete regularly at the club.
