QUARTER FINALS

1. Andre Bennett beat Jacob Lawrence convincingly in 35 minutes 4-0,4-0.  Andre’s power and accuracy proved too much for Jacob today.

2. Frank Davis got off to a flying start taking the first set 4-1 but Ryan fought back and the second set was a real battle.  Frank eventually clinched the match and second set in the tiebreak which he took with a convincing 7-1 score.

3. Oscar Gordon-Reid beat Lewis Sullivan 4-1,4-2.  Oscar capitalised on any short ball from Lewis and Oscar’s consistency was good throughout.

4. Harry Rollings beat Nick West 4-0,4-0.  Although Nick ran for every shot and persevered throughout, Harry’s power, placement and consistency proved too much of a challenge for Nick.

MAIN DRAW SEMI FINALS

1. Andre Bennett took the first 4-0 set in 15 mins and although there were some very close rallies in the second set, it went to Andre with Harry only managing to win one game.

2. The other semi final was closer than the score would suggest with Harry securing a 4-1,4-1 win by outperforming Oscar with greater accuracy.

CONSOLATION SEMI FINALS

1. Jacob Lawrence took advantage of an injured Ryan Farrow with an easy 4-0, 4-0 win.  Ryan Farrow could offer little resistance because of his lack of mobility due to an injured ankle in his previous match.

2.  There was little to separate Lewis and Nick in the first set with every point being closely fought.  Eventually Lewis came through by winning the tiebreak 7-4.  With renewed confidence, Lewis played a more attacking game in the second set and although Nick kept his spirits up and continued to go for every point, Lewis took the second set  4-1.

MAIN DRAW 3RD/4TH PLAY OFF

Oscar played with confidence throughout this match pouncing on Frank’s sliced forehand and short returns. Despite some closely fought rallies, Oscar was never really challenged taking the win 4-1,4-2.

CONSOLATION 3RD/4TH PLAY OFF
Unfortunately an earlier ankle injury resulted in Ryan having to retire after just 2 games with the score at 1-1.

MAIN DRAW FINAL 
Andre confidently took the first set 4-1 but Harry came out fighting in the second taking it swiftly 4-0.  In the deciding tiebreak Andre took an early 5-3 lead which he maintained to win the tiebreak and tournament 10-4. 

CONSOLATION FINAL

The closest match of the day with the win eventually going to Jacob after 93 minutes 5-4(6), 3-5, {10-6}
