Getting an LTA CRB disclosure application pack

An LTA CRB disclosure application pack includes an application form as well as detailed instructions on how to make your application.

Making an Appointment

If you wish to have your CRB signed off by a verifier in the Sussex Office, please call to make an appointment.

IMPORTANT:

The cost of an Enhanced CRB check will increase from £36 to £44 from 04 April 2011.

CRB checks for volunteers will continue to be free of charge.

To obtain an enhanced CRB check at the pre 04 April 2011 price, correctly completed application forms must be received by the LTA at our Roehampton office no later than Tuesday 29 March 2011.  Forms received after 29 March 2011 with the incorrect amount will be returned to the applicant.

Your application will then be processed and once approved or ‘countersigned’, your form will be sent to the CRB itself for the check to be carried out.  This can take up to 8 weeks although most are issued within a 4-6 week period. 

Two copies of the disclosure are issued by the CRB Executive Agency – one is sent directly to you and the other one is sent directly to the CRB team at the LTA.
