Tennis Staffordshire is delighted to announce that it will be providing Capital Grants to the following four clubs to help them improve their facilities:

Halesowen Tennis Club – Clubhouse improvements (£2500)
Endon Tennis Club – New build macadam court with floodlighting (£7500)
Wombourne Tennis Club – Floodlighting on two courts (£7500)
Quarry Bank – New junior court with mini tennis markings (£7500)

Tennis Staffordshire had a great response to its capital grant for tennis clubs programme with 16 applications from various clubs across the county.  The Tennis Staffordshire Management Committee evaluated all the applications and agreed to support the clubs listed as they believe these projects support the Blueprint for British Tennis and will have the greatest impact to Tennis in Staffordshire.

Keith Carder, Tennis Development Manager said ‘I am delighted that the Tennis Staffordshire Management Committee has decided to use its reserves to support the tennis clubs in the county.  We strongly believe that the four projects will have a great impact to tennis in Staffordshire’.
