Coach – Woore Tennis Club, North Shropshire

Woore Tennis Club is seeking an enthusiastic tennis coach to run and develop the club’s coaching programme from Spring 2012 onwards. 

Woore is located in North Shropshire on the border with North Staffordshire and South Cheshire. The club is a village based club with a large and active membership.

Coaching would be focused primarily on junior members of the club, but with an opportunity for adult coaching as well.

The coach would be expected to deliver a Mini Tennis and junior coaching programme, with adult coaching provided as required. Mini/junior coaching currently takes place at weekends.

This opportunity is likely to suit a coach looking to supplement their main coaching activities elsewhere, with additional club coaching. Similarly, it may suit a new coach looking to gain wider experience.   

The ideal candidate will have the LTA Coach Qualification or higher with current LTA Licence. Good leadership and organisational skills along with reliability are essential.
