Somerset Activity and Sports Partnership currently have a Coach Bursary Scheme that is available to help fund coaches looking to attend UKCC coaching qualification courses within Somerset. The bursary scheme is available to all coaches in Somerset, both paid coaches and those who volunteer.

The essential criteria includes that the coach must be a member of the ‘Roots To Coaching’ database and they have to undergo a personal development programme through SASP or Sports Coach UK.
