Boughey Gardens  TC held a 12U boys matchplay event on 19th August.

The Newport club fielded five players who were Deklan Beddow, Oliver Smith, Dominic Holmes, James Orchard and  Ian Holdroyd. Other players included Robert Egerton from Hollies, Whitchurch as well as Henry Bradshaw and Callum Westwood from Wolverhamtpon TC.

All boys played three matches each with the eventual winner being Dominic Holmes, who beat Deklan Beddow 4-2 4-2 in the final.
