Colin Fleming, Scotland's number two singles player, has progressed to 185 in the ATP world doubles ranking list.
Colin has just returned to the U.K. after his doubles win in the 30K Challenger Event at Cremona Italy with partner Ken Skupski. This is Colin's 9th doubles title since his return to full time tennis less than a year ago.
"This is a fantastic result and my second Challenger doubles title. It gives me great confidence in the run up to the forthcoming British grass court season" said Fleming.
Currently training at the NTC in Roehampton, Colin will travel to Nottingham next week to play singles and doubles in a 50K grass court tournament. He will then travel to the Wimbledon play-offs for a chance to play at the Championships.
With an ATP singles ranking of 497, Fleming is making remarkable progress after taking time out from professional tennis to complete his degree at Stirling University.
