The annual Scottish Vets Open Championship will take place this weekend from 14th -17th May at a new venue - Whitecraigs LTC, Glasgow.
133 competitors will make their way to Glasgow to take part in 21 different categories, including singles and doubles.
Tournament Director, Muriel Adams, is looking forward to the tournament,
"The 2009 Scottish Vets Open is shaping up to be a great tournament. As an ITF Seniors event, we have players coming from all over the world.
After the success of the Scottish Four Nations team in Bolton, I am looking forward to seeing some great tennis, and hopefully a little bit of sunshine!"
Play will get under way at 1pm on Thursday 14th May, with play starting daily at 10am thereafter.
