The Central / Tayside Tournament Circuit 2010 kicks off next week at the Gannochy tennis centre, Stirling University.

The Circuit, sponsored by Contract Scotland, is a series of Mini Red / Orange / Green and under 13 / 16 and open events.  There are 115 one day tournaments between March and August at over 20 clubs in Central and Tayside.

At the end of the circuit, the top performing Red, Orange and Green players are invited back to battle it out at the Masters finals.  Winners last year were Sammy Ralston (Mini Red), James Mackinlay (Mini Orange) and Cameron Bowie (Mini Green).
 
These tournaments are aimed at players who have never competed before through to players who compete often.  The draws will be round-robin so players are always guaranteed more than one match.  Players will play against opponents of similar age/standard, and matches between players with ratings will be entered for ratings points.
