Tennis players from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire and Wiltshire joined Oxfordshire players to play indoors at Virgin Active’s Oxfordshire Health & Racquets Club in a 10&U tournament on Sunday. 

This event was played using the LTA timed tennis format, with 20 minute matches started and stopped by a whistle.

Despite strong competition, Virgin Active members Laila Zugic and Jamie Redfern (pictured), played fantastically well to win the boys and girls gold medals respectively.

The players, both part of the Oxfordshire 10&U County squad, beat higher ranked opponents to win their events.
