Meet the County team who are responsible for tennis development across Oxfordshire and who will be happy to answer your enquiries.
Jo-Anne joined the LTA in January 2008 working as Tennis Development Manager across Devon & Cornwall. The role allowed her to gain valuable experience in working with key tennis people such as coaches, volunteers, and competition organisers before relocating to the South East. Prior to working for the LTA Jo-Anne coached in a variety of different venues both in the UK and abroad developing her all round knowledge of the game. Jo-Anne’s current role focuses on developing key clubs, coaches and competitions across the counties of Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
Stephen joined the LTA in October 2009. He moves into this role following a successful coaching career in Gloucestershire where he gained significant experience in working with some of the best juniors in the county. His main focus as Talent Performance Co-ordinator will be helping support the development of 10&Under players throughout Oxfordshire.
Sharon joined the LTA in July 2007 and has brought a wealth of Adminstrative experience to the Oxfordshire Team. Her main responsibility is overseeing Competition within the County, both co-ordinating with Competition Organisers and ensuring that Results and Rankings are up to date.
Doreen has worked for Oxfordshire LTA as a County Administrator since transferring over from a similar position in Rugby Union. Doreen oversees the booking of County Courts and supports the County Volunteers.
