Ben Lott of Ponteland continues to succeed in national competitions.

At the end of February 2010 Ben competed in the National under 16 Grand Prix Masters, and reached the semi final. He went straight from there to the Aegon British Tour event in Bolton, winning three matches through to the Qualifying event where he lost to the 4th seed. As a result of his performances Ben has attended a Training Camp at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton this month.

At the end of February 2010, Ben’s under 16 National ranking stands at 6, at under 18 it is 27 and his Men’s national ranking is 176. He is ranked number 1 in Northumberland in the Men’s, under 16 and under 18 lists.
