Sandi has been involved in Kent Tennis for many years. She started as a member of Bromley Cricket Club, then after some years overseas she returned to coach and develop programmes at the Parklangley Club. Following a spell at LTA Head Office she became the Kent Tennis Development Manager and after 2 years made the move back to grass roots to take on the challenge again of running a tennis programme.

His priorities include supporting coaches, clubs and competition organisers to increase the number of youngsters playing tennis. Also Tudor works to increase the number of affiliated clubs within the county, supports the delivery of schools competitions and works closely with volunteers. Prior to starting this role in 2009, he was firstly a coach at Finchley and then at the Parklangley Club, where he took the step into programme development. From there he became Tennis Development Officer with first hand experience of club tennis at Bexley where he is a member of the Mens 1st team
