Getting an LTA CRB disclosure application pack

An LTA CRB disclosure application pack includes an application form as well as detailed instructions on how to make your application.

If you would like to get an LTA CRB disclosure application pack, you can:

If you wish to have your CRB signed off by a verifier in the Kent Office, please call to make an appointment.

Monday – Friday: 9.30am-12pm and 2pm-4.30pm 

IMPORTANT:

The cost of an Enhanced CRB check has increased £44 from 04 April 2011.

CRB checks for volunteers will continue to be free of charge.

Your application will be processed and once approved or ‘countersigned’, your form will be sent to the CRB itself for the check to be carried out.  This can take up to 8 weeks although most are issued within a 4-6 week period. 

Two copies of the disclosure are issued by the CRB Executive Agency – one is sent directly to you and the other one is sent directly to the CRB team at the LTA.
