On Monday 2^ndJanuary Letchworth Sports and Tennis Club held a Mass Cardio Session for the Letchworth MS Therapy Centre.  With 21 people attending the evening, the club raised just under £200 for the charity.

The team provided an energetic session; this new idea is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
