Tennis World hosted their annual Australia themed Mini Tennis tournament during half term on the 18th of February. The tournament is organised by Barbara Borwell ably assisted by a team of students from Teesside University who have all recently completed the LTA Tournament Organisers Course at Tennis World.

Twenty four top players from the area enjoyed a fun packed afternoon of very exciting tennis. All the boys and girls played in Round Robin groups then competed for final positions in a knockout draw. The semi-final and final were played in great spirit and to a very high standard.

The eventual Ozzie Mozzy Champion was Joseph Farmer who defeated Joseph Jordan, 10-7, in a tremendous closely fought final, watched and enjoyed by all the players and parents at Tennis World.
