It’s that time of year to start thinking about entering yourself into AEGON Team Tennis in 2010.

Whether you’re a player, coach or parent, you can enter a team representing your club into the competition when entries open on 1st January 2010.

AEGON Team Tennis is a singles based team competition for tennis clubs and centres. It provides players of all ages with regular matches, against similar standard players in a competitive team environment within your county or region.

“AEGON Team Tennis provides a great opportunity for any players of any age to compete in a team with their friends” said Tennis Development Manager, Nicki Harrison.

“In Lancashire we have some great local and district leagues and AEGON Team Tennis allows players from those leagues to try their luck against teams from other areas.”

There are junior age-groups in the competition from 8 & Under right up to 18 & Under whist there are also Open divisions for men’s and ladies teams to enter.
