John Golding, Tennis Devlopment Manager for Berkshire & Oxfordshire, appeared on the Saturday Breakfast Show with Nicki Whiteman to talk about Andy Murray's success the Australian Open and Tennis in Berkshire.
Given the raised profile of tennis due to Andy's great run at the first Grand Slam of 2010 it provided a good opportunity to highlight some of the work that is being done in the Berkshire by both the County Field Team and also the Tennis People working in Clubs, Parks, Schools, etc.
John said "It is fantastic that due to Andy and Laura Robson's efforts in Australia we can get a chance to promote our sport and our Places to Play within Berkshire. The only downside came in my sadly wrong prediction of a Murray victory!"
