The Committee has been set up as a point of reference for clubs and as a means of supporting the County Tennis Development Manager [TDM]. Clubs may contact the Committee directly or through the TDM with their queries.
The Committee has the ability to supply some expertise in all areas of basic club management, but will also actively encourage Berkshire clubs to offer mutual support and share the knowledge and enterprise shown in developing their own successful initiatives.
Already it has contacted some of Berkshire’s smaller clubs to find out what their current priorities are and what kind of support they feel they need. The Committee give clubs an opportunity to voice their concerns and will report back to the TDM and the main Berkshire Council.
