It’s finals day at the Aegon International.
In the women’s event Angelique Kerber, the German fifth seed, plays Tamira Paszek of Austria in a first time meeting between the pair.
Speaking ahead of the final Paszek, who toppled defending champion Marion Bartoli said: “It feels amazing. I love Eastbourne. It feels like home. It’s a pleasure coming back every year.”
Paszek will play in her first final here at Devonshire Park against Angelique Kerber, who had a straightforward win 6-0, 6-3 over Klara Zakopolova.
The men’s final will see Andy Roddick and defending champion Andreas Seppi battle it out to claim the championship title.
Roddick, who took his 600th ATP Tour match en route to the final has only met Seppi once before at the US Open in 2008, where Roddick won the match in straight sets.
Play at the Aegon International will finish with the women’s doubles final between Liezel Huber & Lisa Raymond and Nuria Llagostera Vives & Maria Jose Martinez Sanchez.
