More information about hospitality at the tournament.
The Queen’s Club is in West Kensington. The nearest tube station is Barons Court on the District and Piccadilly lines. The club is approximately a 3-4 minute walk from the station. View our venue information.
The AEGON Championships has an official hotel to which all player and official accommodation enquiries are referred. There may be a small requirement for the Event Team during the Tournament, please contact us via the contact us page on the Tournament website if you have a house/flat available to rent.
As a gesture towards local residents we offer the option to visit the tournament with a guest on one evening Monday to Friday from approximately 5.30pm. All applicable residents will receive a leaflet through their letter box with details on how to register for these tickets nearer the Tournament.
500 free tickets for Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th June (Qualifying weekend) are available on the door on a first come, first served basis. Gates will open at 10.30am.
If you have entered the ballot you will be contacted via email (or letter if no email address is held for you) confirming whether you have been successful or unsuccessful in the week commencing 12th March. If you have been successful, details on how to pay will be provided in your email or letter. If payment has not been made by Friday 30th March your order will be cancelled. Once payment has been received your tickets will be sent in the post and should be received by mid-May.
Sometimes these confirmation emails are not received as a result of the individual’s security settings on their mailbox and/or email provider. To double-check your booking, we would advise you to call the Official AEGON Championships Booking Line on 0844 209 7356*.
If payment has not been made by Friday 30th March your order will be cancelled.
Tickets for the AEGON Championships are administered via a ballot. The 2012 ballot closed on Monday 5th March. Any returned Centre Court and Court 1 tickets, will be sold from 10am on Wednesday 18th April via the website and official booking line 0844 209 7356. In order to be eligible to enter the ballot in future years please join the mailing list.
Please see the ticketing information page for ticket prices.
There are a number of wheelchair spaces available on Centre Court and Court 1 which provide space for one wheelchair user accompanied by a carer. Please note that the carer/companion will not be charged.
Babes in arms and children under five will not be allowed in the stands. All children aged five years and over will need a ticket and will be charged at full rate. We discourage bringing infants to the tournament as we are unable to provide specific facilities.
A small number of Centre Court returns and over half of all Ground Admissions are available to purchase on the gate each day. It is difficult to advise what time to arrive. The size of the queue depends greatly on the weather and the matches scheduled for the day.
Ground admissions will go on sale on Wednesday 18th April at 10am via this website and the Official AEGON Championships Booking Line 0844 209 7356.*
Ground admission tickets give access to all the outside show courts and grounds including unreserved seating on Court 2 and Court 9. You also get the opportunity to watch all the action on all the practice courts. Ground admission does not give access to Court 1 or Centre Court.
Half price Ground Admission tickets are sold from around 5.30pm each evening Monday to Thursday. The exact time depends on factors such as the weather and number of matches to be played. Local residents will be given priority. Once inside the grounds, it is possible to purchase Centre Court returns. The price for these will be £5 and all proceeds will go to our designated charities.
To arrange to collect your tickets from the on site Box Office please call 0844 209 7356* or +44 1159 934 156* (from outside the UK). Alternatively you can email AEGONChampionships@seetickets.com

You are welcome to bring food into the grounds although please note that there are no designated picnic areas and bag searches will be in operation. Additionally due to current licensing laws, NO alcohol can be brought into the grounds.
A large buffet area with unreserved seating offers a selection of sandwiches, salads, other snacks and hot and cold beverages. The public bar offers a wide choice of alcoholic drinks. The AEGON Championships operates a Challenge 21 policy at all public bars and asks that all spectators please drink responsibly and respect our neighbours by leaving the grounds quietly at the end of the day.
To reserve a table for an excellent three course lunch and/or afternoon tea in ‘The Brasserie’ please call 01295 269 454 from Monday 16th April for availability. As The Brasserie is extremely popular bookings are restricted to a maximum of four guests per day.
