How to use the allplay Resources area

If you've been to the site before, you probably know what to expect. If it's your first time, we suggest you have a read of this guide.

Create a new log-in

To get started, you will need to create new log-in details that are separate to your allplayer log-in.  The resources are free to print yourself, but this makes the site extra secure should you decide to pay for your items to be printed and delivered to you.

Build Your Resources Profile

If you are logging in to the Resources area for the first time, make sure you register your details in the ‘My Profile’ tab.  Don’t worry, you won’t need to do this every time!

Choose your Resource

We have designed a number of posters, flyers and vouchers for you to use as templates to promote your place to play. We have also included suggested offers to help get you thinking about what might work for you.

Make sure you choose the right resource for your chosen promotion and a message that’s right for your intended audience, for example, think about whether you want a general poster that helps attract new players or one that promotes a particular offer or target audience e.g. parents and kids sessions?

Customise with your own ideas and branding

All of the resources are editable so you can add your contact details and any messages or offers that you tailor to suit your place to play. You can even upload your logo so that your publicity is branded.  If you need a bit of inspiration to get started, visit our Hints and Tips page.

Print them yourself for free or get them delivered

You can either save the resources to your desktop and print them for free (you can do this when you are viewing the ‘Print Preview’), or get them printed professionally in a range of sizes and delivered to your door.

Display and promote your place to play

Display your posters strategically to spread the word, and make use of a number of community spaces and notice boards as well as your place to play areas to reach as many people as possible.

These can include shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars, which are great for reaching large numbers of people.  Educational facilities like schools, colleges and nurseries help engage with families and juniors, and parks, libraries, and other sports clubs, leisure centers and gyms are perfect for spreading the word.  Make sure your current members are aware, by displaying on your notice board, changing rooms and website too.

Now you are ready to get started
