Winning Player Pathway

The ‘Winning Player Pathway’ is a  guide that helps inform what standard you need to be, at a given age, if you  are aspiring to become a player in the world’s top 100.

The vast  majority of players ranked in the top 100 were competing regularly by the age  of 8 - If you are serious about getting to the top you can expect at least 10  years, and 10,000 hours of dedicated training and competition!

Starting Young

Tennis is a competitive sport. To reach the highest level you’ve got to start young. Like most sports there’s a rigorous and tough pathway to follow – in tennis it’s called the Winning Player Pathway. Find out more about how to get started.
