In the boys 14U competition GB finished third, having lost out to in their semi-final to Germany but beating Switzerland 2-1 in the third/fourth place play-off.
The Summer Cups also serve as the European qualifying competition for the ITF World Junior Tennis tournament and both the GB 14U boys and girls teams have qualified. The world’s team event for 14Us takes place in Prostejov in August.
