British No.1 Anne Keothavong launched her official website on Tuesday - AnneKeothavong.co.uk
The website features news, results, blogs, profile information, photos, videos, Twitter and details of Anne’s schedule.
The new site also gives users the chance to quiz the 25 year-old on every aspect of life as a pro tennis player in the Ask Anne section.
“Launching my own website is something I’ve been meaning to do for a while and now seemed like the perfect time to do it,” said Anne. “The guys at tennishead have done a great job."
“2008 was a great time for me but I want 2009 to be even better. My short-term goal is to break into the top 50 and I’m looking forward to getting out there and competing. I worked a lot on my strength in the off-season and I definitely feel a lot stronger and more powerful.”
Anne, who trains at the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton under the guidance of LTA coaches Nigel Sears and Claire Curran, hit the headlines in 2008 when she became the first British female player for nearly a decade to enter the world’s top 100.
Last year, the Londoner won four ITF singles titles, reached the third round of the US Open in September and reached a career-high world ranking of No.60 at the end of the season.
Anne is currently playing at the ASB Classic in Auckland where she won her opening match on Tuesday, beating Mirjana Lucic of Croatia 6-4 6-2 to book her place in the last 16.
