On the fourth day of the Summer County Cup, Yorkshire Ladies and Men continued the run of success from the previous days play and kept up their winning form.
The Ladies played Nottinghamshire who were group leaders going into the match. After 9 closely fought matches the Yorkshire pairings of Carina Dalton and Katie Jessop, Nicole Peterson and Melissa Roach and Megan O’Sullivan and Verity Roach won 5 rubbers to 4.
The ladies went into the final day needing a win against fourth placed North Wales to move up divisions next year.
The Men in Cromer faced Sussex on Thursday. Kyle Brassington and Elliot Chang, Ben Atkinson and Ben Gudzelak and Joesph Gill and Joshua Gledden, all won 2 out of their 3 matches to win the day 6-3 overall.
The Men go into their final day second in division 2 with only fifth placed Dorset to face.
