AEGON U18 Captains County Cup Report (Ladies)

The weekend in Redbridge, Essex was always going to be a difficult task for the U18 Warwickshire girls, however they stood up to the plate and did an amazing job by getting promoted into Division 1.

The team consisted of Celia Fraser, Manisha Foster, Alana Casey, Ciara Haggarty, Lottie Fox, Alannah Griffin and Soumeya Anane. Each player doing there part for the team producing some brilliant performances.  Beating Middlesex, Northumberland and Hampshire & Isle of Wight insured the girls their truly deserved promotion.

The whole weekend was a fantastic experience for the team, lots of joking around and plenty of laughs as well as getting down to business when on the court. I think it’s safe to say every girl had a wonderful time and it was a superb team effort.
