Working as part of the Tennis Wales team, Tennis Wales is seeking a suitable person to fill the new position of National Talent Performance Manager. This high level position will plan and direct the Tennis Wales performance strategy, will implement a systematic talent identification programme for 6-9 year olds, play a key supporting role with coaches, players, and parents in the development of national and international level players up to the age of 14, and will support older players as needed. As well as working within the Tennis Wales team, this position is very closely linked with both the LTA and Sport Wales.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a PCA level coaching qualification, have experience at developing national and international level juniors, have experience of working with and developing other performance coaches, and have an excellent knowledge across all aspects of British tennis.
A suitable salary package will be negotiated and will be based on experience and expertise.
