BTM - 5 Days To Go!

The process for allocating Wimbledon tickets to clubs in 2010 will be the same as last year, based on the proportion of affiliate club members you have, who have signed up to British Tennis Membership by 30th November 2009.

It is important to note that if you have already joined BTM and are a member of an affiliated club, you will continue to receive FREE BTM until at least 2012, and it will be renewed automatically. If you are not a member of an affiliated club and therefore paid for your BTM membership you will receive an email to let you know when your membership is due for renewal and the process for this.

Wales as a region will be allocated a proportion of Wimbledon tickets to allocate to you, the Welsh affiliated clubs, dependant on the total number of British Tennis Members we have signed up in comparison to other areas of GB. With this in mind, even if your club members are personally not interested in the tickets, every additional sign up we get will support ‘Welsh Tennis’ so we appreciate your support in helping us to promote this area.

 
In all of Wales we currently have 8,786 British Tennis Members which allows us to communicate more effectively and specifically about targeted Welsh tennis information should we wish to do so, however we have been targeted to get an extra 1,865 British Tennis Members signed up across the course of this year, so as you all did last year lets make sure we pull together to make sure we get our fair share of tickets for the Welsh Tennis Fans and to make sure the membership reflects the demand and participation base for the sport in Wales and enables us to have more specific communication capabilities.
